TRIECO operates a laboratory built in accordance with CNAS certification standards and collaborates with multiple well-known testing institutions. Our products comply with numerous international certifications. Covering an area of 350m², the TRIECO laboratory includes four major categories of quality control testing systems: LED photometric/colorimetric/electrical performance, safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), reliability, and raw materials. This ensures our products meet global market requirements.

TRIECO Laboratory comprises functional zones including a Safety Testing Area, an EMC Testing Area, a Spectral Testing Area, an IES Testing Area, an IP Waterproof Testing Room, a Mechanical Strength Testing Area, a Reliability Testing Room, an Aging Testing Room, a Material Testing Area, a Sample Storage Area, and an Office Area.

AUTOMATED PRODUCTION

TRIECO employs mechanized and automated operations in key manufacturing processes to ensure product stability and consistency.The integrated roll-forming automated production line enables surface treatment, mold pressing, hole punching, and structural rolling in a single process, resulting in faster production efficiency, higher product yield, and enhanced durability.

STANDARDIZED ONE-STOP PROJECT SERVICE

TRIECO provides customers with standardized one-stop project service, from preliminary project research and analysis, systematic scheme design to project commissioning technical guidance, offering multi-dimensional professional technical support. The one-stop full-process service lasts until the project operates normally.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN

Project research and analysis: Consider lighting selection and configuration schemes from aspects such as space dimensions, building structure, and power supply wiring, and design schemes according to customers' needs for lighting, intelligence, energy saving, cost, etc.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

The technical team deeply participates in the whole-process management and control of the project, conducts repeated testing and verification of products to ensure high-quality delivery, and provides technical support services such as installation guidance and design effect guidance.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

TRIECO provides customers with a 5-year extended product warranty and 30-day technical support after project installation is completed to ensure high-quality delivery and operation.
